Hello, my account was locked even though I entered the correct card details when adding a card to my account. After a long time, I wanted to set up a website infrastructure for my Shopify store and wanted to use DigitalOcean, but then I remembered that my account was locked and found out that I couldn’t log in. Is there a solution to this? How can I resolve this issue?

The lock usually happens when DO’s billing system flags the card or location. You will need to contact support since the dashboard won’t let you in. If you already submitted a ticket just wait they do not unlock accounts automatically.
